Hello dear
If you have looked at this page, you probably have an idea to take up a new field of handicrafts. If you're looking for information on where and how to learn how to crochet, you've come to the right place. Today I will tell you how to go about it.

To learn how to crochet, all you need is yarn, a crochet hook, scissors and a needle with a large eyelet.
In my online store, you will find patterns for C2C crocheting, i.e. corner-to-corner crocheting. Let me introduce you to the basic crochet stitches used for crocheting this method.
How to crochet a Chain Stitch?

1. Start by making the initial loop

2. Wrap the yarn around the crochet hook

3. Catch the yarn with a hook and move the crochet hook towards the initial loop

4. Thread the crochet hook with the picked-up yarn through the starting loop

5. This is how the first stitch is created

6. After making more stitches, we get a chain consisting of for example 6 stitches
IMPORTANT:
When making the chain stitches, keep the yarn tension the same. Otherwise, some stitches will come out smaller and others will come out bigger.
How to Make a Double Crochet Stitch?

1. We have one loop on the crochet hook

2. Wrap the yarn around the crochet hook

3. Thread the crochet hook with the yarn wrapped around it through the stitch where do you want the double crochet to be

4. After digging into the desired stitch, wrap the yarn around the hook again and pull it back through the initial stitch

5. At the moment we have three loops on the hook

6. Put the yarn on the crochet hook again. We thread the crochet hook through the first two loops on the crochet hook.

7. Now we have two loops left to crochet

8. Throw the yarn on the crochet hook again and thread it through the last two loops

9. The double crochet is ready. the photo shows a row made of several double crochet
How to Make a Slip Stitch?

1. There is one loop on the crochet hook

2. We find the stitch in which we want to make a slip stitch and insert the hook (under two threads) - without putting yarn onto the crochet hook

3. Now we put the yarn on the crochet hook and pull it through the first stitch on the crochet hook

4. After following the steps above, we got two loops on the hook

5, Pull the first loop through the second loop

6, After making the slip stitch on the crochet hook, we have one loop left
Happy crocheting and have a nice day.
